Being Eden's mom

Despite the lack of sleep and constant crying, it's pretty cool being Eden's mom. I can just stare at her face, fingers, baby-fat knees, and cute feet (which she used quite well in the womb) all the time. She makes the cutest sounds and just when you think you have heard them all, new ones come out from all different places. She is already smiling in her sleep and I can tell that even when she is hysterically crying (and her face is redder than a tomato), she is really telling me "hey mom, I love you and this is a sign of my love." Our favorite activity is taking strolls in the park because she'll just take everything in with her wide blue-grey eyes. Of course, I can't forget her beautiful bushel of hair that I can't stop putting my hand through. These are only a few cool things about being Eden's mom.

Hia...
Lori, please write more entries about how it is to be Eden's Mom.
or whatever you like to write about. (by this I am not implying that I don't like the father's view... :))
